• Carrot is a global fertility and family-building platform. • Looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and support engineering teams. • Guide performance and execute the roadmap while ensuring collaboration. • Provide technical direction and hands-on support as needed. • Contribute to shaping the Engineering organization’s evolution.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in an engineering management capacity • 2+ years of experience in a Senior-level Engineer IC capacity • Thrive in leading through complexity and ambiguity • Understand that there is not a one-size-fits-all decision engine • Comfortable interfacing across the organization • Build strong relationships and trust among your team • Understand that varying personalities and backgrounds will represent engineering competencies • Celebrate your team and provide feedback to teammates • Take pride in the mission: fertility care for all
