Description

• Orum is making sales human again through conversations. • We are an AI-driven, live conversation platform that accelerates sales teams by empowering salespeople to achieve more. • Orum increases sales efficiency, speeds up pipeline growth, and lowers customer acquisition costs for various companies. • Sales teams using Orum see consistent conversations, more meetings booked, and shorter rep ramp time. • Our current technology stack includes NodeJS with Typescript, React, Postgres, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH. • Candidates must be based in the United States. This position is not open to other countries at this time.

Requirements

• USA-based (sorry, no international candidates at this time). • 2+ years managing engineering teams that have shipped high-value SaaS products. • Deep appreciation for clean, well-factored, and well-tested code—and the ability to coach your team to deliver it. • Passion for growing and mentoring engineers. • Hands-on experience with the TypeScript/NodeJS/Linux stack and SQL with RDBMS.
