Description
• Provide support across the Growth and Engagement team functions • Support Enrollment Marketing efforts and various campaigns • Manage communication assets for SMB/MM employer customers • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and Marketing teams
Requirements
• 2-4 years experience in enrollment marketing or a similar marketing field preferred • Experience in planning, QAing, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns • Experience managing logistics of webinars and uploading recordings • Known for attention to detail and project management skills • Desire to implement new processes • Ability to manage complex marketing communication assets • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • Ability to anticipate roadblocks and ask for guidance • Self-starter with strong communication skills • Must demonstrate ability to learn new technologies; experience in CMS a plus • Desire to grow into a marketing campaign manager role
