Description

• Assist the event and greater marketing team by supporting the planning and execution of key corporate events, trade shows, and virtual engagements. • Manage event logistics, and implement pre and post-event activities to amplify reach and engagement and lead generation. • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, vendor management, catering, and AV setup. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. • Build relationships across the organization, with Kneat customers, partners, and industry thought leaders. • Bring excellence in project management to ensure all milestones are achieved on time and on budget before, during and after events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related role. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. • Exceptional English language verbal and written communications skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Experience generating a high volume of content while managing tight deadlines. • High degree of emotional intelligence, with ability to be an effective team-player in a cross-functional environment.
