Description

• Develop and lead engagement marketing programming that drives member growth. • Be part of our team of world-class marketing pros who support your strategy, deliver ongoing results, and help us all achieve our mission. • In collaboration with Client Success, you’ll build relationships and connect with client HR & benefits leaders on a regular basis, pitching in strategic marketing programs and ensuring continued partnership and account retention. • Help employers see the value in providing Carrum Health as a benefit to their organization and get the most out of the offering. • Meet customer needs while gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and triumphs as they use our products and services. • Regularly analyze and report the success of your programs to customers and internal stakeholders. • Work with other teams and stakeholders to ensure our utilization goals are met. • Build a library of customer case studies that can act as a marketing channel to drive new enterprise opportunities and strengthen the brand. • Support the launch of new products and services with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing, with experience driving marketing communications strategy in a B2B2C or B2C capacity. • Ability to think outside the box to develop new, innovative campaign ideas and content that excite clients, leave a lasting impression, and deliver memorable results. • Uncanny passion for pitching marketing plans to big-name clients and persuading risk-averse audiences to implement your recommendations. • Interest in and competency for keeping up with industry trends and cultural dynamics that could unveil new, differentiated engagement approaches. • Data-driven and analytical skills — you’re able to effectively analyze and communicate data to drive high-value, actionable insights for large clients. • Internal collaboration skills that show you know how to communicate your strategy and consider cross-functional stakeholders. • An entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem solving, and innovative thinking. • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Client Success, Data, and Product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.
