📋 Description

• As the Accounts Payable Manager at Cart.com, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payment processes. • You will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable function, including processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. • Your ability to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights will be essential to the financial health and operational success of the company. • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize our AP processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to support our fast-growing business. • You will be a key player in our finance department, overseeing AP month-end close activities and preparing for internal and external audits. • Your leadership will be instrumental in building a high-performing AP team that thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of Accounts Payable Experience: Proven experience in managing AP functions, including vendor management, invoice processing, and payment execution. • Supervisory Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor an AP team, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines. • Experience in High-Growth Environments: Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth companies, ideally in the e-commerce or technology sector. • Strong Knowledge of AP Systems: Proficient in AP tools such as Bill.com, Microsoft Dynamics, and other ERP systems. • Advanced Excel Skills: Expertise in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex data analysis. • Process Improvement Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Knowledge of Tax Compliance: Familiarity with tax regulations related to AP, including W-9 and 1099 reporting. • Experience with Automation Tools: Experience implementing or working with automation tools to streamline AP processes. • Project Management Experience: Ability to manage AP-related projects, including system upgrades or process overhauls.
