📋 Description
• The System for Integrated Management, Business and Accounting (SIMBA), Penn State’s application of SAP, is seeking a skilled and proactive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst. • Work in a collaborative, agile environment alongside both technical and non-technical users. • Drive the development and implementation of new applications and support labor distribution and effort certification. • Responsible for tracking functionality changes, exploring future capabilities, leading development of feature specifications, overseeing testing, and managing incidents. • Provide training and contribute to cross-functional efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimally requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience. • Familiarity with SIMBA, SAP, and other related systems (e.g., LionPath, Worklion), is desired. • Knowledge of Labor Distribution/Effort Certification processes is necessary. • Experience in developing and delivering user training. • Strong understanding of ERP systems and processes. • Experience in system implementation, testing, and user support.
