Description

• Be the main go-to-person for our clients based on a portfolio assigned to you • Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients on new product features • Onboard new members of our client's teams • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision and opinion makers with each client in your portfolio • Help conduct product/customer interviews to understand real problems and workflows; consulting clients on our solutions or formulating feedback for our product team

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and one of the following languages: Portuguese, Italian, German, or French • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management (preferably B2B, SaaS and RE) • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Deep understanding of workflows and dynamics in transactions between brokerages/agencies • Understanding/experience with technology for real estate professionals • Service-oriented mindset • Self-disciplined, organized • Ability to multitask, work and focus under pressure • Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Empathetic, desire to help and support clients
