• Liaise with customers submitting support requests via multiple channels • Interact with customers using a variety of platforms • Respond to customers requests in a timely manner and efficiently • Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers • Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction levels • Analyze customer data to gain insights into their behavior, needs, and preferences • Create effective campaigns for new customers as well as less active ones
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish and English • Professional working proficiency in Portuguese, Italian, German and/or French is a big plus • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English • 2+ years of experience in customer support (preferably B2B, SaaS and Real Estate) • Previous experience working with a ticketing system • Ability to understand technology for real estate professionals • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Service-oriented mindset • Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Empathetic, desire to help and support clients
