• You proactively research and identify new customers and develop personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation to drive our expansion in the German market • You use your sales skills to convince potential customers of our software and its benefits and hand them over to our Account Executives • You work with state-of-the-art tools such as Salesforce and Outreach • You have an overview of your numbers at all times via a dashboard and use your growth mindset to adapt your activities to optimize your performance • You will be coached, supported and encouraged by your Team Lead Jonas Feil and in sparring with our Account Executives
• You have initial sales experience • Have you previously worked in the hotel industry or in a call centre and would like to switch to the SaaS environment? Then you should also apply to us. • You are characterized by friendliness, persuasiveness and a high degree of urgency • You live the hands-on mentality and work energetically with your team to achieve the company's goals • You enjoy daily challenges and develop new ideas and strategies together with the team • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
