Description

•Provide exceptional technical support and insights to global customers •Act as the primary subject matter expert for CAST AI •Collaborate directly with customers for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues •Take ownership of customer issues from initiation to resolution •Contribute to the internal knowledge base and mentor junior team members •Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support

Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field •3-5 years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting •Excellent understanding of Linux/Unix fundamentals •Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) •Strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding •Excellent communication abilities for documenting processes and solutions
