• Focus on supporting business growth through deal enablement and marketing for Catalyst Flex • Collaborate with key executive, scientific, operational, and business development stakeholders to implement comprehensive solution strategy • Responsible for leveraging key market trends and customer insights to drive growth • Implement marketing strategies that provide market differentiation • Partner with Marketing team to implement go-to-market activities • Work with Solutions Strategy lead to execute business unit solution strategy • Responsible for implementing business unit tactical plans • Develop and implement strategies to support sales teams in closing deals • Understand customer needs and translate them into compelling win strategies • Create and maintain deal enablement tools • Analyze deal performance and provide insights for improvement • Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives • Implement Solution-level thought leadership strategy • Work across digital marketing, content, and conference teams to implement strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field • 5-10 years of drug development industry experience and a demonstrated understanding of functional solutions; CRO experience a plus • 5-10 years of experience in commercial strategy, deal enablement, or marketing strategy roles • Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies • Experience with market and competitive intelligence research • Experience with new service/product offering development • Knowledge of innovative outreach programs • Demonstrated ability to rapidly absorb new information • Project management skills to manage schedules and deadlines within corporate and ongoing campaigns • Demonstrated communication skills, a positive attitude and a team player • Detail- and service-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure • Self-motivated with a tenacious drive for results • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present information, marketing • Maintain a high level of solution expertise and competitive intelligence • Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy • Ability to handle multiple tasks and details in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
