• The Senior Client Strategy Director will spearhead the charge in selling & delivering consumer research-based consulting solutions that unlock unparalleled progress for our key clients in the US market. • This role isn't just about meeting revenue targets; it's about transforming how we approach client success. • As a key linchpin between developing existing client relationships and supporting future growth initiatives, you'll partner with Client Development to craft strategic account plans, foster long-term relationships, and curate a powerhouse team dedicated to exceeding expectations. • You’ll embrace the opportunity to not just deliver proposals but to craft stories that captivate, inspire, and drive unparalleled client delight. • Your leadership won’t be just about business—you’ll create a legacy of innovation, impact, and enduring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experienced in deploying consumer research, marketing principles & strategy to design and deliver solutions that enable clients to achieve innovation goals. • Recognised as a strong communicator and presenter, capable of crafting & elevating compelling and actionable solution stories. • Proven foundations in strategic planning, brand/innovation consulting, or market research (qualitative and/or quantitative, agency or client side). • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through effective client discovery, proposal writing, and solution/project delivery. • Experience in cultivating long-term client relationships, retaining and expanding business programs. • Able to coach the team to make meaning from large amounts of quantitative & unstructured content (words, video or image), turning this into strategic direction or the creative springboard for marketing and innovation. • Proficiency in developing and managing direct & matrixed reports into high-performing contributors
