• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field • 2+ years of experience in a customer success, account management or customer service role, preferably in the technology or communications industry • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions and priorities simultaneously • Proven ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and services
