📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Manager of Development Operations at GLSEN to support development team’s daily functions. • Focus on data integrity, gift processing, and CRM maintenance. • Manage CRM systems and donor services to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Collaborate with Finance team for monthly financial reconciliation and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of experience using Raiser’s Edge for gift entry, reporting, and data management is required. • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills required, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and dashboard creation. • Intellectual depth, entrepreneurial drive, maturity, self-confidence, interpersonal skills, and warmth to build relationships. • Excellent strategic, organizational and project management skills. • Excellent communication skills—both oral and written. • Experience communicating with donors is a plus. • Proven analytical and strategic skills, with experience creating processes for efficiency. • Knowledge of national LGBTQ+, education, civil rights and other relevant funding communities. • An appreciation for the mission and growth aspirations of GLSEN. • Familiarity with Raiser Edge, Omatic, EveryAction, and Fundraise Up. • Ability to travel 10-20% domestically (nights and weekend work for events is expected).
