• Provide outstanding customer support to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently. • Assist customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. • Deliver accurate information regarding products and services. • Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary. • Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. • Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday. • Previous experience in customer service (mandatory). • Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not required. • Fluency in French (spoken and written). • Candidates must already reside in Portugal (North to South). • Candidates cannot have previously worked for this client in another BPO.
