Description

• Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services. • Embrace new and innovative ways of implementing product and services strategy, shaping CCS as an effective and modern provider providing solutions that are expected by contemporary customers. • Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on incidents that are escalated. • Address escalations from other departments. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a professional services role with an understanding of the fundamentals of training and implementation processes. • Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service. • Ability to communicate technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences. • Ability to take on new challenges with a results-oriented attitude and a sense of vision and purpose. • The desire to learn new things and evolve in competencies in different areas. • Proven track record for the ability to advance problem solving and multi-task. • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal with varied types of people (customers, vendors, colleagues, prospects) in a broad range of circumstances. • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with active listening skills. • Patience, flexibility, and the ability to effectively problem solve, at times under pressure. • Illustrates a strong sense of integrity and trust. • Experience with Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is a plus. • A valid Driver’s License is required for this position.
