📋 Description

• Supervisor, Non-Clinical Operations oversees daily productivity of Communication Center Representatives. • Responsible for team development including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations. • Monitor and drive performance, quality, and productivity in the Communication Call Center. • Ensure optimum staffing levels and maintain compliance with policies and procedures. • Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA requirements at all times.
