• Has at least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment • Proven expertise in the following areas: recruiting and filling complex technical positions • Delivering excellent candidate experience • Managing candidate tracking systems • Building relationships with managers and colleagues • Reporting and recording information into various systems, using Google Workspace Applications and Slack • Sourcing, shortlisting, and assessing leads • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
