• Collaborates with recruitment team to create a positive experience for candidates • Recruits, screens, interviews, and places potential hires • Develops and implements recruiting strategies to source the best talent • Provides recruiting solutions to complex staffing issues • Creates robust search strategies to attract the best talent • Engages prospects and performs assessments/screening • Conducts interviews and negotiates employment offers • Mentors the recruiting team and shares best practices • Maintains data integrity with ATS and other systems
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment • Proven expertise in recruiting and filling complex technical positions • Delivering excellent candidate experience • Managing candidate tracking systems • Building relationships with managers and colleagues • Reporting and recording information into various systems, using Google Workspace Applications and Slack • Sourcing, shortlisting, and assessing leads • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
