• Oversee and lead all direct Supply Chain Operational Activities performed by Managed Service Provider • Direct the activities of all functions involved in the receiving, storage, and shipping operation ensuring delivery of the finished products into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer(s) • Manages all transportation and warehouse invoices ensuring payments are met within net terms • Develops strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire function in creating a world class logistics operations team • Maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement • Manage the vendor relationships and ensure that CDK Global and said suppliers work together in partnership to address all strategic and operational goals and challenges • Establishes and cultivates strong partnerships with internal departments such as IT, Finance and Accounts Payable in order to drive efficiencies and successful business partnerships • Leads contract negotiations with logistics vendors with assistance from sourcing and legal • Manages GL transactional exceptions, ensuring all shipments are coded with the correct GL • Partner with internal stakeholders on outbound orders, resolve issues, and implement preventative actions • Supervises a team of resources that provides analytical and operational support for all logistics requests • Provides end-user training, creates and maintains support documentation, and troubleshoots all system issues • Provide support to MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER on direct supply chain invoicing and payment issues • Provide tracking and shipping status for internal stakeholders on direct shipments • Hold meetings with direct vendor contacts to work out operational issues and receive status of available inventory • Work with leadership on strategy to improve operations, costs, and revenue • Lead projects on cost savings initiatives and communicate to senior leadership • Oversee and ensure pathfinder tickets are being closed/solved within SLA for all of direct procurement • Partner with MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER on the S&OP process, communicating issues and updates to all cross functional stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in similar field (Preferred) • Minimum of 8 years of experience with a 3 years’ experience in a managerial role • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) • Direct exposure/experience with industry leading applications • Experience with ERP systems • Advanced knowledge of MS Office products • Must be an operational thinker with confidence and speed in execution • Proven leadership skills in building and managing large teams with a history of world class success • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills are required • Ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in similar field • Minimum of 8 years of experience with a 2 years’ experience in a managerial role • Direct exposure/experience with industry leading applications • Must be an operational thinker with confidence and speed in execution • Proven leadership skills in building and managing large teams with a history of world class success • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills are required • Ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization • Experience with team supervision, including performance management and career development
