Requirements
• Education: Information Technology, or a related field • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Salesforce applications and business processes; at least 5 years in a leadership role • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of all Salesforce Clouds; experience with data management and reporting tools • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant or similar credentials are a plus • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
