Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing data strategy and analytics initiatives • Current knowledge of modern data tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Boomi, FiveTran, Tableau, Power BI and others • Core experience with data architecture, data integrations, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance • Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams, with strong mentoring, coaching, and performance management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, translating data insights into actionable business strategies • Exceptional problem-solving skills, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
