Description
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders for financial planning • Evaluate and size investment opportunities, ensuring accountability • Act as financial safeguard for sustainable business model • Develop financial models aligning with strategic goals • Track and forecast project costs against approved budgets • Identify innovative ideas for achieving savings targets • Manage complex cost and expense centers, overseeing different P&Ls • Prepare presentations for Executive leaders for financial reviews • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans • Assess and mitigate financial risks within the business
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, statistics or a related field • 7+ years of experience in Technology finance and/or FP&A role at an R&D focused company • Proficiency in Financial Modeling, Budgeting for Expense, Reporting, Cost Allocations, Resource Planning for engineering projects, Capitalization calculations • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI or other similar tools • Experience with general ledger ERP tools, such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP etc. • Effective and collaborative communicator with proven executive level presentation skills
