• Day-to-day management of reconciliations teams. • Collaborate to prepare financial statements for clients. • Manage data transformation for financial statement reporting. • Ensure high-quality service delivery for financial statements. • Act as main point of contact for annual audits. • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes. • Share insights to develop new processes and enhance client service. • Assist in technology development for scalable financial products. • Provide support to Senior Management and perform additional duties as needed. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Conduct research on accounting standards like IFRS and US GAAP. • Supervise and mentor junior staff as required. • Ensure systems are fit for purpose and contribute to new product implementations. • Operate within governance frameworks and ensure quality control. • Drive operational controls and regulatory compliance. • Participate in regulatory meetings and provide necessary updates.
