Description

• We are a team of experienced educators who train and support schools, districts, and states to help all students meet college and career-ready standards. • The Senior Manager, Finance and Contracts reports to the Director of the Operations team. • Contribute financial expertise in the design and implementation of finance tools and systems, development of financial policies and practices, and manage various financial tools. • Collaborate across departments to collect, organize, analyze, and report on project and financial data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience leading finance and accounting workstreams and complex projects in an education-related organization such as a school, a school district, or a non-profit • Minimum 2 years experience in contract management and administration required • Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and best practices • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, track, and manage workflow from multiple streams concurrently • Strong project and process management orientation; highly organized • Proven experience leading small collaborative teams and providing feedback to others • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
