• The Finance Leader – Fuels and Services will be an active contributor to the growth and profitability of the Nuclear Fuels and Services value streams • Ensuring world class governance of our Fuels and Services commercial finance processes • Have broad responsibilities for the financials that drive the success of the value streams • Lead the development, implementation and measurement of operational plans and participate in their successful execution • Drive commercial outcomes in partnership with sales and commercial finance team to translate growth strategy into actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field from an accredited university or college • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in financial accounting, financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, or audit • Minimum of 3 years of finance leadership experience • A strong commercial orientation and a proven ability to partner with senior leaders, business unit managers and operating teams to drive and monitor performance and to develop strategic plans • Direct experience with operating initiatives, and cost control programs that build growth and profitability • Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills: clear communication of complex financial information • Clear thinking/problem-solving: led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function • Adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information
