Description

• Oversee daily financial operations • Partner closely with the Finance team • Ensure adherence to JLL’s internal policies and procedures • Manage new hire requests and approvals • Maintain contractor database • Partner with FP&A and Controllership teams • Manage Capex charter submission • Support budgeting and forecasting activities • Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies • Collaborate with key business stakeholders

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Expert in Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
