• Avantus is shaping the future by making reliable, low-cost clean energy a global reality. • Seeking a highly motivated and organized candidate for Manager, Land Acquisition position. • The successful candidate will demonstrate sound industry knowledge, communications, and organizational skills. • The land team is a highly talented, dynamic group with knowledge in the renewable energy industry. • Assist in leading project portfolio organizational efforts and support the senior land acquisition team.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 3+ years of real estate or energy development experience • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite including MS Excel and MS Word • Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and concisely orally and in writing • Basic understanding of energy and/or real estate development and title insurance • Ability to read and understand basic real estate and legal concepts and familiarity with various real estate contracts • Resourcefulness, a meticulous eye to detail, and investigative skills are essential • Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to read, analyze and organize large amounts of project data and to help create a strategy based on the data • Self-motivated, possesses eagerness to learn and take initiative with limited direction • Passion to work in renewable energy development • Experience working with and manipulating GIS databases, a plus
