• The Senior Field Solution Architect (FSA) role focuses on pre-sales solution design • Responsible for working with sales teams to plan and organize strategies • Analyzes sales environment including customer expectations and competitive landscape • Develops and maintains strategic relationships with Sales Management • Expected to spend majority of time onsite at customer locations • Operates independently using standard approaches and tools • Conducts technology/solutions training for internal audiences • Follows up on implemented solutions and identifies new opportunities • Assists customers in understanding their equipment maintenance contracts
