📋 Description

• Lead a team of Citrix Solution Architects, providing technical leadership and mentorship. • Set the strategic direction for the team, aligning with overall business goals. • Oversee high priority client engagements, ensuring exceptional technical expertise and guidance. • Define methodologies for high-quality Citrix architecture at scale. • Foster collaboration within the team and across departments for strategic impact. • Establish performance metrics and monitor progress to ensure success. • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, positioning the team as thought leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and managing a team of technical professionals. • Deep understanding of Citrix technologies and their application in enterprise environments. • Ability to develop and implement a strategic vision for the team and provide value added thought leadership on market trends and their associated impact on Citrix product direction. • Strong client-facing skills and experience aligning a technical strategy to an executive priorities and business needs. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Understanding of business drivers and the ability to align technical solutions or processes with business objectives. • Broad understanding of the Citrix portfolio and associated capabilities in DaaS/VDI, Applications, Enterprise Browser, Networking, Enterprise Security, and Observability. • Passion for innovation and a drive to explore new technologies and approaches.
