Requirements

•Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI and search infrastructure •AI Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving generative AI technologies and integrate them into consumer-facing products •Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python and JavaScript •Search Technologies: Experience with modern search platforms like Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch, or Solr •Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with Azure preferred) for deploying and managing AI models •Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to distill complex concepts and lead teams through ambiguity •Team Player: Values empathy and collaboration, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team setting •Self-Motivated: Bias for action with the ability to drive projects independently •Wine: Some level of engagement in the category •Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
