β€’ About Censia: This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup with an incredible foundation and huge ambitions. β€’ Censia is an AI-powered Talent Intelligence Platform that organizes talent data, enabling enterprises to make unbiased, predictive, and intelligent decisions about talent acquisition and talent management. β€’ We are looking for a dynamic and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of crafting consistent, impactful messaging that resonates across diverse stakeholders. β€’ In this role, you will focus on positioning our HR/skills-based tech products in the market, driving sales enablement strategies, and supporting scalable content development. β€’ If you have experience in HR tech, thrive in startup environments, and excel at messaging and positioning, we want to hear from you. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and implement product messaging and positioning strategies to clearly articulate value propositions and resonate with target audiences. β€’ Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, onboarding resources, and certification programs. β€’ Drive the content strategy by producing compelling assets, such as case studies, white papers, and blog posts, to support go-to-market initiatives. β€’ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation. β€’ Partner with cross-functional teams to align on consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in HR tech or skills-based employee learning platforms, with hands-on product marketing experience. β€’ Demonstrated expertise in creating and launching product marketing strategies within startup environments. β€’ Strong track record of developing messaging frameworks and content strategies. β€’ Familiarity with HR HCM systems and their integration into marketing efforts. β€’ Exceptional communication and storytelling skills focus on delivering clear and consistent messaging.
