• About Censia: Join a rapidly growing startup with an incredible foundation and huge ambitions. • We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team, supporting the sales process and delivering technical expertise to showcase Censia’s AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform. • This role is key in driving successful client engagements by aligning our solutions with their needs, building trust, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. • Support the sales process by delivering impactful customer demos. • Assist the sales team in achieving revenue goals through technical validation, solution positioning, and addressing technical concerns during the sales cycle. • Own and execute Proof of Concept (POC) projects, collaborating with prospects to demonstrate Censia's value in real-world scenarios. • Support accounts globally, working across time zones and traveling occasionally for in-person client meetings, workshops, or events. • Engage with executives such as CHROs, VPs, and Directors at Fortune 500 companies. • Build and deliver sales demos that showcase Censia’s capabilities. • Provide technical training for the sales team. • Facilitate smooth technical transitions from sales to the Customer Success team. • Partner with engineering and product teams to align solutions with client needs and inform the product roadmap. • Log and track bugs to ensure continuous improvement. • Serve as the technical voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and goals.
• Experience in pre-sales roles. • Ability to build and customize demos. • Hands-on experience with Workday. • Background in HR Tech. • Strong communication skills, particularly with senior-level executives in Fortune 500 companies.
