Description

• Plans, conceptualizes, configures, and builds solutions for claims configuration challenges • Conducts research and requirement gathering to determine customer needs • Acts as a subject matter expert providing advice, support, and guidance • Utilizes data analyst techniques to look for trends and make recommendations • Writes code for software programs and applications, following best practices • Performs complex research and advanced analysis to find/create solutions • Collaborates with peers on development and solution strategy • Leads meetings to conduct requirements gathering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area • Completion of a technical training program may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree • Healthcare experience a plus • One or more of the following skills desired: SQL, Power BI, Claims Configuration experience, Data Analyst experience
