• Oversee key analytics processes related to Pharmacy Quality clinical programs • Measure performance to support the Pharmacy CMS star ratings • Support business initiatives through data analysis and identification of implementation barriers • Involvement in team dashboard development and enhancements • Facilitating vendor and internal program reporting • Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational reports related to new business implementation processes • Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications • Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units • Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred • Project management experience preferred • Experience in Quality measures (Stars, QRS, HEDIS) • Data analysis – ability to query/sort data to deliver key information to the department manager for executive level updates • Ability to make some recommendations to drive Quality performance • Curious – someone who understands the “why” in the data analysis requested but is also curious to dig deeper and bring insights • Ability to work in cross-department partnerships (IT, Pharmacy Analytics)
