Description

• Identify data patterns and trends for the administration of higher education e-learning programs. • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful product delivery. • Analyze historical trends and synthesize data to identify new insights and perspectives. • Collect, analyze, and document business processes, system requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Serve as a liaison between business partners and application development and business intelligence teams. • Document existing workflow processes and systems, recommend potential improvements, and assist in designing solutions. • Track and resolve system issues to ensure processes run smoothly. • Map system functions and data elements from existing systems into new systems. • Write detailed user stories and test cases. • May telecommute from anywhere in the United States. • Travel to Dallas, Texas office as needed, less than 5% of the time.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or a related field • Experience: Two (2) years of experience in the job offered
