Description

• Creates complex Enterprise-class data assets that provide business insight and aid business decision-making • Produces complex reports and performs meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions • Develops complex BI solution architecture that accurately translates business requirements to technology solutions • Conducts complex business analysis activities to enable technology solutions that adequately fulfill strategic business needs and objectives • Delivers complex project setups, analysis, data flows, designs (wireframes/mock-up), etc. • Helps lead the execution of long-term strategic goals for business intelligence development • Conducts extensive research and makes recommendations on business intelligence products, services, and standards • Performs and oversees complex programming, quality assurance reviews, documentation, system deployment, training, and project setup/support • Provides timely and appropriate communication to business owners, stakeholders, and users on issue status and resolution • Develops, maintains, and implements the business intelligence architecture as a core asset at Centene • Collaborates with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and process efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) • 4 – 6 years of related experience • Experience with Business Intelligence; Data Analysis; Microsoft Azure; SQL (Programming Language); Tableau (Business Intelligence Software) • Experience with Data Modeling; Python (Programming Language); Quality Assurance; SQL (Programming Language) • Deep experience with Power Platform, Power BI and Power Automate • Ability to perform detailed data analysis and visualization • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio; User Flows; Workflows
