• Provide strategic leadership on quality improvement initiatives • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on quality improvement • Organize and oversee activities, resources, methods, and procedures for quality improvement • Formulate and ensure compliance with policies and goals • Review and implement new technological tools and processes • Present results and analysis of improvement efforts to senior management • Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Care Administration • 8+ years of quality improvement experience • Healthcare operations management experience preferred • Knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS technical specifications • Current state’s RN license preferred • Certified Professional in Health Care Quality preferred
