Description

• oversees the development and implementation of clinical initiatives and/or programs • oversees the clinical operations team • ensures all clinical processes are consistent with NCQA guidelines • reviews data analyses related to utilization, outcomes, safety, and costs • develops and implements clinical plans, policies, and procedures • identifies process improvements for clinical initiatives • manages and tracks achievements against goals • coordinates the training of clinical operations team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 6+ years of related experience • prior management experience • strong operational excellence and process improvement experience HIGHLY preferred
