• Play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal performance of providers • Develop and direct execution of key strategic initiatives • Collaborate with health plan leaders for implementations • Establish and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) • Foster collaboration to reduce costs and streamline administration • Lead provider-related corporate initiatives and business strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required • Master's Degree preferred • 6+ years in a leadership role within provider management or healthcare strategy required • In-depth knowledge of provider engagement, network management, and performance improvement methodologies required • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading cross-functional provider engagement teams and driving results in a dynamic environment required
