Description

• Shape the future of financial technology at ServiceTitan by leading the Fintech division. • Own product strategy, P&L, partnerships, and operations for the business line. • Drive evolution from checks to digital payments and lead product teams in payment solutions. • Cultivate strong relationships with partners and drive customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading fintech products in high-growth, SaaS and technology-driven environments. • 5+ years of experience with merchant acquisition and digital payment experiences. • Familiarity with nuances of gateways, processors, and pricing structures. • Demonstrated success in managing large business units and driving revenue growth. • Strong communication and influence skills with vice-presidential experience. • Strategic vision and strong execution skills in ambiguous environments. • Exceptional relationship-building skills, internally and externally. • Passion for the trades and commitment to ServiceTitan’s mission to empower customers. • An MBA or advanced management/technical degree is a plus.
