Description
• Lead client-facing and partnering activities for clinical trial optimization offering • Drive pipeline of CTO development, including pitching and positioning capabilities, pricing, negotiations • Engage existing partners to ensure the success of current projects and develop new growth areas • Partner with internal staff and external leaders to provide direction and resolve issues related to trials strategy • Participate in CTO leadership meetings and translate strategic objectives into operational execution
Requirements
• Deep network of biopharma / biotech contacts and relationships across clinical research, development and operations • Experience in an MSL, medical affairs or clinical operations role at a biopharma/biotech or CRO • Sales-minded individual with experience carrying multi-million dollar books of business • Experience and interest in people management • Aptitude for collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth • Strong written/verbal and external communication and interpersonal skills
