• Oversee and direct all population health functions for the assigned business unit based on, and in support of the company's strategic plan. • Function as a knowledgeable practitioner, consultant, educator, and evaluator to maintain and improve system services, the user experience and to mentor clinician users to become better technology consumers. • Provides strategic leadership and serves as the lead and point of contact to represent PHCO business strategy and technology needs with internal and external committees and audiences. • Leads the SME team who provides consultation and direct testing services on behalf of PHCO users for all technology initiatives and implementations. • Directs the selection, implementation, and support of clinical systems. • Leads the prioritization of initiatives and user enhancements. • Collaborates with internal partners, including but not limited to Learning and Development and Product Owners, to provide education and support to staff in the use of technology in a manner which promotes holistic member care and confidentiality. • Consistently strives to improve knowledge and skills in the development of clinical systems and processes. • Leads complex projects and technical innovation activities in collaboration with PHCO and Medical Affairs business leaders and technology partners across the organization. • Ensures maximum use and efficiency of clinical systems used to meet PHCO and Medical Affairs strategic objectives and goals. • Builds engagement with key market partners and stakeholders in a matrixed environment. • Operates as an executive level change agent, incorporating change management principles (ex. Prosci) into daily operations as well as technology initiatives. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Care, Health Informatics or related fields required • Master's Degree in Nursing, HealthCare, Health Informatics or related fields preferred • 3+ years in a clinical informatics leadership role required • 7+ years people leader experience required • RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required • RN-BC - Informatics Nurse preferred
