Description

• Drive strategic growth and value creation through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships • Develop corporate development strategy aligning with business objectives • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition and divestiture opportunities • Lead due diligence efforts including financial, operational, and legal assessments • Negotiate transaction terms with target companies and partners • Manage integration process ensuring seamless transition • Build relationships with investment bankers and private equity firms • Provide strategic financial analysis to senior management • Oversee corporate development team providing leadership and mentorship

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field • MBA or advanced degree (preferred) • 15+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or related field • Proven track record of successful M&A transactions and strategic partnerships • Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (preferred)
