• We are seeking a Regional Vice President, Provider Contracting to join our team. • You will be responsible for overseeing and driving provider contracting efforts within a designated region. • You will play a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the financial success of our business units in the region.
Requirements
• Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in provider contracting, with a proven track record of success in negotiating complex deals. • Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, payment models, and regulatory environments within the West Coast, Midwest, or Southeast regions. • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Experience leading and managing teams. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with providers, payers, and internal stakeholders.
