Requirements
• Deep care and understanding around what makes a product excellent • Ability to articulate clearly when something’s not excellent • Experience leading design organizations of over 50 people • Driving strategy at the executive level • Can balance the right amount of process/structure without it feeling stifling • Leading design leaders and helping them grow • Keeping up on design trends and staying in practice • Driving design team processes such as critiques
