🎯 Requirements

• This individual must reside in one of the following states: TX, FL, UT, AZ, IN, NC, GA, or TN • Must maintain insurance license and Medicare certified • Minimum of two years of leadership and Medicare sales experience required • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire • Passionate about agent development with servant leadership mindset • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines • Team-oriented with a big-picture mindset, while also being self-motivated and independent • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and drive results
