Description
• Part of a high volume, suicide prevention focused call team • Provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and service linkage for individuals in crisis • Conduct outreach calls to promote safety • Meet ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation • Demonstrate high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, Psychology, Social Work required, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist • One year preferred
