📋 Description

• Founded in early 2021, Ibility is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and a Woman-Owned Small Business, headquartered in Gaithersburg, MD. • Ibility is a small but mighty company that is positioned for rapid growth. • We help government leaders achieve their mission by designing creative products and programs. • The Junior Audit Consultant shall provide financial advisory and support services. • This position provides expert technical accounting and auditing advice during OMB A-123 activities. • Update business process cycle memos, perform tests of design and operating effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a business related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Two years of accounting experience, including performing OMB A-123 services. • Public sector experience and specifically within the Department of Veterans Affairs is preferred. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Proficient in the following MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
