Description

• Associate Director of MSO Operations supports the Las Vegas market • Deploy necessary education, services, and tools to support local affiliate providers • Measure success by meeting quality and cost goals of the MSO • Relationship manager and leader in the market • Ensure practices are hitting quality and savings targets • Work with local clinical leaders and market presidents to ensure strategic goals are set and implemented

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 6 or more years of healthcare or managed care with Provider Contracting, Network Management or Provider Relations experience • 2 or more years of demonstrated management experience • Ability to travel as needed within Las Vegas, NV and surrounding areas • Proven planning, preparation and presenting skills • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
